DAV Antelope Valley Transportation

 

If you need transportation from Palmdale or Lancaster to the Sepulveda VA you can call the Transportation number at least three (3) days in advance for pick up from pre determined pick up sites. Call (661) 947-0448 or DAV Transportation Coordinator at (818) 891-7711 ext 9145.

Times are approximate- Passengers must be at the pick-up points at least 15 minutes prior to pick-up times.

Van may depart the hospital early if scheduled patients have completed their appointments.

Patients from other facilities must call-in and schedule a ride with DAV transportation.

All patients must arrive no later then 1:00pm a Sepulveda V.A.
